The Results Edit · Christmas cohort
Personalised small-group nutrition coaching for women who eat well, train and still don’t feel like their effort is reflected in their body.
A short application first. I’ll review it personally.
Picture this
You pull on the jeans that have felt just a bit too snug. They fit differently. You try on the dress you’ve been avoiding.
And instead of turning sideways, pulling at it and thinking “FFS. I’ve done it again.” you look in the mirror and think:
There I am.
You’ve eaten out. You’ve had weekends. You’ve lived your life.
The difference is that this time, the things you’re doing are actually working together.
You’ve already built the foundations
You already know quite a lot about nutrition. You probably prioritise protein, cook decent meals, train and walk.
You’re here because you’re doing a lot right, but the result still isn’t quite there.
Maybe it’s 5–10lb. Maybe the scales haven’t changed much but your body shape has.
Maybe you’re stronger and fitter than you were five years ago, yet somehow you feel less comfortable in your clothes.
And it’s starting to make you wonder: Do I need to eat less? Track again? Cut carbs? Try fasting? Is this just what happens in your 40s?
You have good habits to build on. The next step is to look at how they fit together and what your particular goal needs.
The gap between effort and results
You can have lots of individually brilliant habits that don’t quite add up to the outcome you want.
That’s where I come in. We work out what to keep, what to change, what you can stop worrying about and what actually needs your attention now.
You need an edit.
The Results Edit Method
We start with your actual life, identify the changes worth testing and use what happens to decide what comes next.
Your meals. Your weekends. Your movement. Your hunger. Your routines. We look at what’s actually happening now.
I identify the changes most likely to help your result, so you know where to put your attention first.
Something can look perfect on paper and be completely useless if you can’t consistently do it. We find out what works for you.
What changed? What got in the way? What did we learn? We review the evidence and make your next edit.
Observe. Edit. Test. Review. Then repeat.
Personalisation, with company
You’ll have your own strategy, your own priorities and your own experiments. I’m not going to decide before I’ve assessed you that your problem must be protein, menopause, cortisol, carbs or your 4pm snack.
There are only five women in this group because I want to know what each of you is working on.
You’ll also hear me coach four other women going through a similar process. Sometimes someone asks the exact question you didn’t realise you needed to ask. Sometimes you hear a conversation and think: “Ohhhhh. I do that too.”
You get personalised coaching and the benefit of learning together.
Inside The Results Edit
Before we start, you’ll complete a detailed assessment. I’ll review what you’re doing now, what you’ve tried and where the biggest opportunities are, then give you personalised starting recommendations so you know exactly what we’re focusing on first.
We’ll meet on Zoom every Friday at 1pm UK time, from 9 October to 18 December. We’ll review what happened, troubleshoot what got in the way and decide what happens next. Calls are recorded; ideally you’ll join live most weeks.
Before our Friday call, you’ll share a short check-in so I can see what’s working, what isn’t and what you need help with. Just enough information for us to make good decisions.
Questions. Meals. Restaurant menus. Weekend dilemmas. Wins. And the occasional “Angela, WTF do I do with this?” 😂 I’ll answer questions and share voice notes or short coaching videos that help the group between calls.
If hunger is getting in your way, we deal with hunger. If it’s weekends, portions, alcohol, meal structure or Christmas parties, that’s where we focus. The coaching follows the problem.
We look at what changed, what worked and what you learned, so you finish with a clear strategy to take into Christmas and beyond.
Who thrives here
You’re already doing plenty right and want someone to help you turn those habits into measurable progress.
You don’t have to be perfectly consistent before you join. You just need to be willing to participate.
If you’re looking for a rigid meal plan or the fastest possible crash diet before Christmas, this won’t be the right room.
By 18 December
I want you to understand why your previous efforts weren’t quite producing the result you expected, and know which habits matter most for you.
I want you to be able to go for dinner without thinking you’ve ruined everything. To know what to do after a bigger weekend. To have fewer nutrition decisions taking up space in your brain.
And to finish knowing:
This is how
I do this now.
Your coach
I’m Angela Clucas MSc, university qualified nutritionist. I’ve spent the last ten years helping women get better results from nutrition without making food their full-time job.
The women I most love working with are conscientious, capable, interested in their health and already doing plenty right.
When the result they expected doesn’t happen, they often assume the answer must be more: eat less, train harder, track more accurately, be more disciplined.
My job is to look at the whole picture and spot the bit you can’t see when you’re standing in the middle of it. To tell you what matters, what doesn’t and what we’re going to test next.
That’s what I’m very good at.

A few things you might be wondering
Not necessarily. Tracking is a tool. If collecting some data would help us answer a question, we might use it. If it isn’t useful for you, we’ll use a different approach.
If I think they’ll help you, yes. We use the tools that give you useful information and help us move forward.
Calls are recorded. This is a coaching programme, so you’ll get the most from it if you can join live most weeks. Tell me about your availability in your application.
You may well be in good company. 😂 We’ll take your individual circumstances, symptoms and routines into account when we decide what to focus on. We’ll assess the whole picture rather than assume hormones explain everything.
Fat loss can absolutely be one of your goals. We’ll agree useful measures of progress, such as weight trends, measurements, how your clothes fit and the habits you can maintain. Your results will depend on your starting point and what you put into practice.
The Results Edit includes a private group WhatsApp, where I’ll coach and answer questions between our Friday sessions. Individual daily WhatsApp access and individual weekly reviews are part of my separate private 1:1 coaching service.
The programme runs from Friday 9 October to Friday 18 December 2026. That’s ten weeks from start to finish, with 11 Friday coaching calls, including our first and final sessions.
I’ll personally review your application. If I think The Results Edit is a good fit, I’ll send you the details and payment link. If I need to understand something better, I may suggest a short conversation first. Applying doesn’t commit you to paying.
Five women. Your next edit.
Tell me what you’re doing now, what you want to change and what you’d like from our work together. I’ll review it personally and let you know whether this is the right coaching environment for you.
